Our approach to individual therapy combines the following practices:

Holistic & Transpersonal Therapy integrates the Body, Mind, and Spiritual connection and how it connects us to our sense of self, others, and a higher spiritual element.
Psychodynamic & Psychoanalytic theory examines how the past influences the present, through many of family of origin issues, and talking about feelings that might come up in the therapist-patient relationship.

Somatic/Body Centered and Mindfulness techniques brings the experiences of your feeling senses to become more self-aware. Through exercises such as guided visualization or breath-work, we explore the feelings of your body’s presence.

Relational Therapy provides you with a chance to develop a sense of self where you can realize how your attitude, feelings, and behavior are perceived by others.

Gestalt Therapy is a style of therapy which emphasizes personal responsibility and focusing of the present moment, the therapist-client relationship, other unconscious of ourselves, using techniques to analyze dreams and role-play.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a structured form of therapy which focuses on modifying emotions, behaviors and thoughts. CBT focuses on solutions and strategies by challenging distorted thoughts and changing patterns of behavior.
